Q: What is pure water?
A: Yes we clean all types of houses and offer a free quotation.
We also clean just about anything up to a height of 60ft, including Shops from Small to Large Supermarkets, Hotels, Large Domestic properties, Office Blocks, Schools, Public Houses, Restaurants, Flats.
A: Window cleaning is inherently dangerous and there are up to 10 deaths per year, because of this, window cleaners have new regulations with regards to working at height, for these reasons, the window cleaning industry is addressing the issues of safe working practices, that is why the UK leading window cleaning companies now use this system.
A: Yes, purified water is recognized to be as good as or even better than conventional methods, and will not leave sticky soap residue on the glass or frames and will not attract fresh dirt. With the frames now being cleaned, no dirt will run on to the glass when we get a downpour of rain, giving a better cleaning result than conventional methods. To coin a phrase we are window cleaners not glass cleaners.
A: When you are having your windows cleaned with our system we use laboratory grade pure H2O, so when the windows and frames have been scrubbed, washed and then finally rinsed, no dirt is left and the H2O dries to a natural finish.
A: There is a bedding in period because fine jets of pure H2O are used, the windows and frames are deep cleaned right into the very corners, as a result, on the first 2 or 3 cleans you may notice a small amount of residue remaining, unfortunately this is unavoidable, and once this bedding in period has passed, the new method will actually clean to a better standard than before.
A: No we also clean the inside windows, Conservatory roofs, UPVC plastics, gutter & down pipes unblocked & cleaned out, just ask us if you require any of these extra services.
A: Yes we will as window cleaning is our only source of income and we have staff that still have to be paid.
We need to work in most weather conditions to maintain regularity of service and to earn our living. There may be times when we have to clean your windows while it is raining, although not in a heavy downpour. It is a condition of service that the customer will accept this is necessary, and will not refuse service because it is raining. In very heavy rain we do inside cleans so if you are interested in having your insides cleaned and are in most of the time as we ring round on rainy days and those who are in we will call and clean the insides. Let us know and we will add you to our list for inside cleans.
A: We clean on a 5- 6 weekly basis for residential, you can find details of this in our terms & conditions.
A: We can offer 10 - 12 weekly cleans on domestic properties but there would be an increase in the price
A: Most of the time we can. If we can see the whole window from the ground there is a good chance we will be able to clean it, If the window is partially obscured we probably won't be able to clean it.
A: We provide a regular and reliable window cleaning service, so if we turn up and are told not this month we reserve the right to replace you with a customer who wants regular window cleaning at the agreed schedule.
A: We can still clean the rear of the property but you would need to give us a key for the gate or tell us the combination on a padlock then if we cannot gain access to the rear we would only clean what is accessible.
A: We can arrange this but there would be a substantial price increase, usually double the normal rate.
A: Pure water is water that is passed through a high-tech filtration system to remove 100% of the impurities. You will probably notice if you splash tap water on your windows and leave it to dry it leaves a mark. This mark you see is a combination of the minerals and chemicals in the water such as lime and chlorine. Using a TDS (Totally Dissolved Solids) meter, we can actually show you the impurities present in your water. In harder water areas the TDS can reach as high as 400 to 500 PPM (Parts per Million), where as in softer water areas the water will read from 200 PPM+ our water reads at 000 PPM. So after we have cleaned the dirt off your windows, then rinsed it with the pure water we leave it to dry naturally, leaving a lasting streak free clean.
