Residential Window Cleaning

Residential outside window cleaning is carried out by using our ladderless Pure Water Fed Pole Window Cleaning System, information can be found on the Why Poles & Pure Water page.

 By booking our services you accept our terms and conditions of trading:
 
• Our minimum contract is 3 cleans (excluding "One Off" cleans). However, if you terminate our services after only one clean you
  agree to pay the "One Off" clean price.
• We strive to ensure high standards and provide a first class service with each visit. However, if you are not satisfied with the
  quality of the finish, please inform us within 24 hours and we will endeavour to address your concerns.
• If your requirements change, i.e. adding additional windows, extensions or conservatories to the property a new quotation may be
  required.
• Safety is of paramount importance to us, we request that small children and pets be enclosed in the safety of the house for the
  duration of the clean.
• We always work within the current Health & Safety legislation, but if we deem any conditions unfit or hazardous then work will not
  continue until conditions are improved.
• Any future price increases will be at our discretion, but you will be notified beforehand.
• Insurance – As a company we are covered for public liability & employers Liability.
• Any customer not providing adequate access to the rear of the property will only have the accessible windows cleaned, however
  they will be charged accordingly for this reduced service.
• All due payments must be received within 14 days as requested.
• We clean on a 5 – 6 weekly basis for residential properties.
• We are a member of FWC (Federation of Window Cleaners).
• You agree to give 2 weeks notice of termination of our services.
• We require 3 days notice for cancellation of a clean.
